Rosie Conroy

Rosie Conroy is a food and travel journalist based between Glasgow and London. With a naturally greedy disposition, she mainly travels to feed her appetite for discovering new flavours from across the world and is an obsessive itinerary planner to ensure every trip squeezes in as much food as possible. Favourite destinations range from Nisekko to Ostuni, but nothing beats exploring what’s on her doorstep: Scotland’s dramatic mountains, lochs and glens. Until recently, she was Managing Editor for SquareMeal, where she spent years reviewing the UK’s best restaurants, and in a freelance capacity, she’s worked for names like The Independent, The Guardian, National Geographic Traveller, and British Airways. She runs a luxury wedding floristry business in her spare time called Lavender & Rose, spending her weekends adding a fairytale finish to beautiful venues.
